This workshop aims to help children develop simple mindfulness skills to assist with relieving stress, managing emotions, building self-esteem, relaxation and resilience.
This workshop incorporates a variety of mindfulness strategies and mindful art that children can use during their everyday lives.

What to Bring: Wear comfortable clothes and bring a healthy snack and water bottle
